  • Standard Delivery: Available in Nairobi and major towns.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Nairobi only, for selected items (extra charges apply).
  • Courier Shipping (Upcountry): Via our verified partners (e.g., G4S, Fargo).
  • On-Site Delivery & Installation: For technical equipment such as solar systems, smart lighting, security cameras, and electronics requiring professional setup.

3. Delivery & Installation Coordination

For orders involving installation or setup:

  • You will be contacted within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
  • Our technical team will schedule a suitable date and time for delivery and setup.
  • Installations are performed between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Emergency or priority installations can be arranged within 24–48 hours depending on location and scope. Additional fees may apply.

4. Delivery Timelines

We strive to fulfill all deliveries within the timelines below:

  • Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: 1–2 business days
  • Major Towns (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru): 2–4 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Note: Custom-built solar packages, large electronics, or bulk orders may require more time for technical preparation and routing.

5. Shipping & Installation Charges

Shipping fees are determined by your delivery location, order volume, and product type:

  • Free delivery within Nairobi for select items
  • Courier costs to be paid at pick-up or integrated into the invoice
  • Installation fees vary depending on technical requirements and location. You will be informed in advance.

6. Delivery Delays
